You can make a difference! The Mercer District promotes life-long learning
and recognizes that each of us can affect the quality and abundance of our
natural resources for years to come.
In 1992, the District established the not-for-profit Assunpink Environmental
Institute (AEI) with the goal of furthering environmental education in Mercer
County. We offer a wide variety of free education programs for students and
adults.
Please contact us if you would like to:
• Become a volunteer
• Make a donation to the AEI
• Learn how to get free science materials through our "Plants
for Pollinators in the Classroom" program
• Schedule an educational presentation for your class or community group
